The Embedded System QA team at Mujin ensures the safety, reliability, and standards compliance of our controllers, validating low-level firmware, industrial safety circuits, and electrical systems under stressful test conditions.


We verify that our physical controllers and low-level interfaces never fail:

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)

We build and maintain HIL test setups to simulate robot and sensor signals, validating controller behavior before actual connection.

Safety System Validation

We verify emergency stop loops, safe speed limitations, and safety PLC programming logic to meet strict ISO standards.

Firmware & Protocol Testing

We test low-level communications (EtherCAT, Modbus, Profinet) and firmware updates for stability and edge-case handling.
