Innovate with the highest speed and efficiency
Innovation is often made by a small number of people (not big companies) because it requires speed and efficiency. We constantly have to do innovative work in all fields with consideration of speed and efficiency.
Never give up, never surrender
Mujin should be the team who NEVER gives up and keeps fighting until the last minute. A quitter never wins and a winner never quits.
Take initiative, be independent
Are you the FIRST ONE to take action to solve the problem rather than just complain and wait for the environment to change for you? Let’s not find fault, find a remedy, anybody can complain.
Understand the big picture
You can achieve great results only after clarifying the purpose by always asking yourself “why are you doing that work”, “how does it create value for the company” and “whether you should do it right now.”
Pursue the highest quality
Mujin’s products are often required to have big social responsibility since we are not just making hobby products. That is why we have to persist in the quality of all the work we do.
Inspire others to grow
Being just a good player is NOT enough since great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people. By respecting each other’s differences, we have to not just “help” others to grow, but “inspire” others to succeed as a team.

Passion is the source of creativity and power. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.
