Production Team

What is the mission of the Production team?

Section titled “What is the mission of the Production team?”
Quick Answer

The Production team at Mujin is responsible for the physical assembly, precise wiring, and initial quality checks of Mujin’s controller systems, ensuring they are manufactured to strict industrial standards before delivery.

We turn engineering designs into physical, shippable products:

Cabinet Assembly & Wiring

We execute neat, reliable wiring layouts inside Mujin controller cabinets, mounting components, power lines, and safety links.

Quality Inspection

We perform initial voltage checks, electrical resistance checks, and connector verification to catch any wiring anomalies early.

System Calibration

We execute initial hardware boot tests, configure communication interfaces, and prepare the units for software installation.

What technology stack and engineering workflows do we use?

Section titled “What technology stack and engineering workflows do we use?”

We prioritize neat craftsmanship, assembly safety, and consistency:

  1. Manufacturing Layout & Wiring
    • Wiring harness production following detailed electrical schematics.
    • Using torque wrenches and precision crimpers to ensure mechanical connection stability.
  2. Quality Check Protocols
    • Insulation resistance testing (megger checks) and grounding verification.
    • Point-to-point continuity checks using digital multimeters.
  3. Execution Workflow
    • Working in dedicated assembly cells with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Logging test results and component serial numbers in our manufacturing database.

We look for craftsmen who value quality and assembly discipline:

  • Technical Competence: Experience in reading electrical diagrams, cabinet wiring, and using testing instruments.
  • Effective Collaboration: Giving feedback to design engineers to make boards and layouts easier to assemble.
  • Continuous Learning: Adapting to new manufacturing procedures and optimizing assembly speed.
