Core Responsibilities

We serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical development:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

We define our long-term product vision, identifying market opportunities in logistics and factory automation to guide team focuses.

Requirement Definition

We translate complex customer requests and field constraints into clear, structured engineering tickets and specifications.

Cross-Functional Alignment

We coordinate releases across Hardware, Software, Vision, and QA teams, ensuring new features are tested and delivered.

Tech Stack & Workflows

We use data-driven planning and close developer interaction:

  1. Planning & Requirement Management
    • Writing technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) detailing user stories.
    • Using Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping tools to track engineering sprints.
  2. Analysis & UI Mock-ups
    • Creating interface wireframes to align design requirements with frontend teams.
    • Reviewing telemetry data and usage metrics to evaluate feature performance.
  3. Collaboration Workflow
    • Weekly sprint reviews and grooming sessions with engineering leads.
    • Regular site visits to active customer facilities to gather direct user feedback.

Who Succeeds in Our Team

  • Technical Competence: Strong technical background (often in computer science, robotics, or engineering) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Effective Collaboration: Ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts between different team schedules.
  • Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for studying warehouse logistics patterns and supply chain systems.
