Engineering Enablement Team

The Engineering Enablement Team The Engineering Enablement team empowers Mujin engineers by building high-throughput CI/CD pipelines, developer infrastructure, automated packaging, and fleet release distribution.

We build high-performance automation software and systems at Mujin, enabling autonomous perception, motion planning, and real-time execution.

We build the foundation of Mujin’s software engineering productivity and release reliability:

CI/CD & Developer Infrastructure

We build and optimize high-throughput pipelines, build caches, and developer environments to make local and cloud compilation fast and seamless.

Release & Package Control

We manage Debian packaging, git branching workflows, release tagging, and software versioning across Mujin’s suite of engineering products.

Fleet Deployment & OTA Integrity

We provision infrastructure as code and maintain distribution pipelines that safely package, verify, and deliver over-the-air software updates to target controllers.

We combine DevOps automation with strict release engineering standards:

  1. CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation
    • GitLab CI and custom runner scripts for complex C++ and Python build orchestration.
    • Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes for container environments and cloud infrastructure.
  2. Packaging & Release Management
    • Debian packaging format (dpkg, apt) and custom package distribution servers.
    • Git branching models, automated release notes, and version control tools.
  3. Verification & Delivery Workflow
    • Parallel test execution, compiler optimizations, and dependency vulnerability scans.
    • Virtual machine testing for over-the-air (OTA) updates to verify rollback mechanisms and system safety.

We value automation enthusiasts who focus on developer success and software stability:

  • Technical Competence: Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networks, CI/CD tools, Debian packaging, and shell scripting.
  • Developer Empathy & Collaboration: Listening to engineers’ workflow pain points and proactively delivering tools that unblock their work.
  • Focus on Release Stability: Balancing speed with careful release verification, dependency management, and fleet update safety.
