Warehouse Execution System and Fleet Team

The Warehouse Execution System and Fleet Team The Warehouse Execution System and Fleet team develops fleet coordination, AGV/AMR traffic control, and warehouse system interfaces.

We build high-performance automation software and systems at Mujin, enabling autonomous perception, motion planning, and real-time execution.

We build the coordination software that drives multi-robot fleets:

Fleet Traffic Control

We design routing algorithms and conflict resolution systems that allow multiple mobile robots to navigate floors without gridlock.

WES Integration APIs

We develop secure APIs to connect our fleet manager with customer WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and conveyor lines.

Fleet Telemetry & Tracking

We track active positions, battery states, speed profiles, and task queues to maximize fleet efficiency.

We prioritize logical routing, scalability, and clean APIs:

  1. Programming Languages & Services
    • Go and Python for low-latency backend dispatching and scheduling services.
    • TypeScript for fleet overview maps and configuration screens.
  2. Routing & Communication Protocols
    • High-performance routing algorithms (A*, Dijkstra, time-space graphs).
    • WebSocket streams and REST APIs for real-time telemetry updates.
  3. Simulation & Development Workflow
    • Heavy use of fleet simulation environments to evaluate routing behavior.
    • Testing coordination code on virtual warehouse grids before site commissioning.

We look for backend and algorithm engineers who enjoy large-scale coordination:

  • Technical Competence: Strong background in algorithms, systems design, concurrency, and backend development.
  • Effective Collaboration: Working with on-site deployment teams and customers to coordinate WMS mapping.
  • Continuous Learning: Drive to explore multi-agent pathfinding algorithms and keep fleets moving efficiently.
